PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT

JOB & EMPLOYMENT DETAILS The Company has arranged employment for the Candidate with the following employer:

DEDUCTIONS & EXPENSES

The Candidate understands and agrees that the Company shall have the right to deduct any actual expenses already incurred on behalf of the Candidate, including but not limited to:

3.CANDIDATE BACK OUT & NON-REFUNDABLE COST CLAUSE.

Once the Offer Letter is accepted and submitted to the client, the client may initiate the visa processing and obtain the necessary initial approvals based on the candidate’s confirmation and commitment to join.

In the event that the candidate subsequently withdraws, backs out, or fails to join after the client has initiated the visa process or related arrangements, any eligible and documented costs incurred on behalf of the candidate may be subject to recovery, strictly in accordance with the applicable UAE laws and regulations.

Such costs may include, where applicable:

• UAE Visit Visa / Employment Visa Processing Charges
• Air Ticket / Travel Expenses / Room/ Food etc.
• Documentation & Government-Related Charges
• Medical, Insurance or Other Mandatory Processing Costs
• Any other documented and legally recoverable administrative expenses

All deductions or recoveries, if applicable, shall be supported by relevant documentation and shall be made strictly in accordance with applicable UAE laws, regulations, and contractual terms.

NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

4.1 The Candidate clearly understands and agrees that ALL PAYMENTS MADE ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

4.2 No refund shall be given under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

- Visa rejection by immigration authorities

- Candidate withdrawing from the deal

- Candidate backing out or refusing to proceed

- Change of decision by the Candidate

- Delay or cancellation beyond the Company’s control

5. COMPANY POLICIES & OBLIGATIONS

5.1 The Candidate agrees to follow all company rules, UAE laws, immigration regulations, and

employer policies.

5.2 Any violation, false information, or non-cooperation from the Candidate may result in cancellation

of services without refund

No refund shall be processed without verification of the original payment, confirmation of the deal details, completion of internal office approvals, and final authorization by the Owner / Authorized Signatory.

The Candidate agrees not to make false allegations, create unnecessary disputes, provide misleading information, or engage in abusive, threatening, or disruptive conduct during the processing or refund period. Any such conduct shall be the Candidate’s responsibility and may be dealt with in accordance with the Agreement and applicable UAE laws and regulations.

The Candidate further acknowledges that initiating complaints, claims, or legal proceedings before the expiry of the agreed processing/refund period does not automatically accelerate or guarantee the refund process. Any refund shall remain subject to the applicable eligibility criteria, contractual terms, verification, and applicable UAE laws and regulations.
